Weight craze 2000 is a weight loss drug made by quality

Weight Craze 2000 is a weight loss drug made by Quality Care Products, Inc., a New Jersey corporation, and marketed through MBI Industries, another New Jersey corporation. Enticed by Florida newspapers ads for Weight Craze, the wife of John Wilson bought the drug at a CVS in Florida. Within a week, Wilson suffered a ruptured colon. Alleging that the injury was caused by Weight Craze, Wilson sued CVS, MBI, the officers and directors of Quality Care, and others in Florida state court. MBI and the Quality Care officers and directors argued that Florida did not have personal jurisdiction over them because MBI and Quality Care were New Jersey corporations. How will the court rule?
