Please help need clear work thank you.
A manager has recently stated: "We use weighted moving average, with a higher weight given to more recent data, in forecasting for all of our products. We need our forecasts to be very accurate, so it just doesn't make sense to go with a simple moving average."
Comment on this manager's logic. Do you agree or disagree? Please explain.
