1. We might classify the world's water problems in two main categories: issues of quantity and issues of quality. Some of the world's water problems could be categorized as both. Describe what each means.

Then, provide an example of a water issue in a developed country and one in a developing country. In your explanation, include a discussion of planned and perceived obsolescence, as well as the principles of reduce, reuse and recycle.
