We contract with london circus vendors llc to be our food

We contract with London Circus Vendors, LLC to be our food vendor at our London rollout of our circus. London Circus Vendors, LLC (LCVLLC) agrees to provide all food and beverages, and we will get a 20% commission on all sales.

Two days into the circus, an English Constable comes to our circus and shuts down all of our food service and the circus too--saying that 32 people got sick the night before from eating from the "elephant ear" vendor. Five minutes later, we are served with a lawsuit from 5 of the sick people telling us to show up in the London court in 3 months to answer the complaint that we have sickened people through our negligence.

1. Can the English legal system require us to appear in their courts?

2. Can we ask for a transfer to US court under "forum non-conveniens?" by arguing that we will be back in the US in 3 months?

3. Can we make the LCVLLC worry about the lawsuit and just forget it?

4. If our ringmaster got sick, can he join in the lawsuit only against LCVLLC and not against us? And can he request that his part be brought in the US and not England?

5. Would the world court be an option for this issue?
