We all use smartphones but the point to think about is that from a customer perspective do you think that all the features provided are “value added” and which are not.
In a smartphone of your choice (Pick either Android or iPhone), state the features that you think are value added and which are non-value added and CLEARLY explain your logic stating why you think a particular feature is value added or non-value added. If a feature is non-value added, what suggestions would you make regarding that particular feature?
State at least 3 value added and 3 non-value added features with the corresponding explanations for each. You can state more if you have some, but at least 3 are required
