Your text argues that
Chaos Theory argues that due to the complexity of nature it is impossible to predict or control certain things (weather and nature, the stock market).
That said, is it beneficial for the change manager who plays the role of nurturer to better understand how the eco, social, and economic systems are interconnected so they can avoid taking actions that may result in chaos or is inevitable that some things just can not simply be controlled?
Food for thought: An organization wants to create new ways of doing things to capture new market share yet they also want to expand which means more formal policies and procedures and less wiggle room to innovate.
