(i) Water vapor enters a turbine at p1= 5 bar, T1=320? C and exits at p2 = 1 bar. The work generated is measure as 250 KJ per kg of water vapor flowing. Determine the isentropic turbine efficiency.

(ii) Steam enters a compressor at p1 = 6 bar, T1 = 300? C and exits at p2 = 10 bar. The work on the system is measured as 200KJ per Kg of water vapor flowing. Determine the isentropic turbine efficiency.
