The report should be all about the Hypothesis. Define all the term on the statement to leave nothing to the reader to assume at the beginning.
Support your statement from what you see and heard on the Interviews.
For example, all the 4 expert project manages talk about how importance communication is.
So a hypothesis could be something like " Expert project managers have high emotion intelligence"
