What is ethical and what is legal sometimes clashes and ethically what you are called to do may conflict with what is legal. For example in this case, Al Pacino as a Defense counsel is supposed to legally defend his client. But Al Pacino has an ethical dilemma, he believes or knows his client his guilty of the crime. What would you do? Would you have done what Al Pacino had done or would you have done something different to get out of your ethical and legal predicament. Discuss.
