Conforming
I work with incarcerated individuals and the inmates must conform to the rules and expectations. I have observed the unethical behavior from both inmates and some staff. I find those individuals who engage in that type of behavior have control issues for various reasons such as having no control in their home life or perhaps they are just picking up the behaviors of those they are responsible to maintain. Thoughts?
