Waste to Energy (WTE) plants are becoming popular as part of integrated solid waste management (SWM) Plants.
Say that for a particular location, a WTE plant is being is being proposed as part of an integrated SWM plan. The proponents of the WTE argue that recycling is not necessary and will have no effect on the performance of the plant.
