Problem 1: Choose a Risk Control Strategy from Chapter 5 and expand on the strategy adding more value to the discussion than just what the text book documents. Be sure to include examples of the strategy being used, why it was used, and whether you believe the strategy was relevant to a specific industry or can generally be applied anywhere. Be sure to research outside your textbook on this subject and properly cite your sources.
Problem 2: Research and find an example of benchmarking and discuss how the bench mark was used. Was the data qualitative or quantitative in nature? Why and how was the benchmark you choose important?
