Warzone should invest in an additional facility. Since this metal is a commodity, there is a high demand for it internationally. This means that the margin of success a greater simply because there are only 2 other competitors and the supply is less than the demand. Warzone first needs to maximize the efficiency to avoid the lost of potential revenue and to asure the plant is running to capacity. They can also use there global power to export more than its competitors. The main objective should be to control the market. Once the plant is running to capacity and efficiently the next step is to lower the cost of mining this type of steel to be the same as its competitors if not less to increase the sales revenue margin.
