The police officer notices that he resembles a man that was involved in an amber alert. the police officer asks him to step out of the vehicle. the police officer performs a terry frisk and was able to feel a pot pipe in the guys pocket. the officer arrests him. the officer places him inside his squad car and goes back to search his car. he takes keys out of ignition and opens truck to reveal a cellophane bag full of marijuana. Was this a violation of the 4th amendment rights and was this unconstitutional?
