Venue Bookings Manager EoI
I am seeking some software to be written to permit me to take, and manage bookings for an athletics track. This will be related in to an existing website.
The idea is that users of the venue can log in to the website to submit an enquiry for a date where there are no current bookings (or there is a tentative booking). The booking form needs to include fields to accept the date and time of the booking as well as contact details.
The form must also be able to accept data from the hirer to specify which equipment they wish to hire (I can provide an excel spreadsheet with an example of this data).
The form must automatically add up the hire cost. Upon submitting the booking must become tentative and subject to approval from administrator. Upon approval the booker must be emailed and the time slot for the booking blocked...
