Vector-Scalar Instructions
In this category, when combination of vector and scalar are fetched and stored in vector register. These instructions are referred with the subsequent function mappings:
F3: S × V -> V where S is the scalar item
E.g. vector-scalar divisions or addition are of F3 type.
