(a) Utilize Gauss' law to find out the electric field in the regions r < R1, R1 < r < R2, and r > R2.

(b) Find out the ratio s2/s1 which gives E?? = 0 for r > R2.

(c) Draw the electric field lines for the case in part (b) for s1 > 0
