Imagine you are expressing your lack of knowledge to a colleague and your colleague recommends that you select, read and review research
which identifies and describes the dimensions of quality that have become the cornerstones. The dimensions of quality are:
1. Performance
2. Features
3. Reliability
4. Conform
5. Durability
6. Serviceability
7. Aesthetics
8. Perception
Using the project you have selected, create a Power Point presentation for your colleagues to describe how you would define the output of the
project in terms of these eight dimensions. How would you facilitate proper reporting of these dimensions of quality? Your intended audience
includes project team members and representation from senior management.
Incorporate appropriate animations, transitions, and graphics as well as "speaker notes" for each slide. The speaker notes may be
comprised of brief paragraphs or bulleted lists.
Support your presentation with at least one (1) scholarly resource. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly
resources may be included.
Length: 8-10 slides (with a separate reference slide)
Notes Length: 50-100 words for each slide
Be sure to include citations for quotations and paraphrases with references in APA format and style where appropriate. Save the file as PPT
with the correct course code information.
