Watch the youtube video "The Office- Top 20 Michael vs. Toby Moments!!!" and answer these questions.
1. Using the terminology (e.g. intra-role behaviors, stereotyping, OCBs, counterproductive behaviors, etc.), give one example from the video/s of at least one type of dysfunctional individual behavior.
2. Using the information (e.g. attribution theory, perception and perceptual biases, stress, personality, attitudes, etc.) EXPLAIN the behavior that you chose from #1 above.
3. Does the explanation you give in #2 excuse the dysfunctional behavior you identified in #1? Why or why not?
Things to know about The Office: Michael is the office manager; Toby is the corporate-appointed HR manager of Michael's office. Michael hates Toby.
