Select a process with which you are familiar e.g. filling gas in a car, purchasing a movie ticket, buying a grocery item, renting an automobile, registering for a class, etc.
Using the drawing tools available in MS Word, draw a process flow chart and attach the file to your message.
Be sure to identify potential failure points and what can be done to prevent failure at those points.
