1. Describe the Project Management Process using the PMI Process Groups as your guide. Identify at least one specific process to be completed in each of the process groups.
2. Using SIM Project as your guide, what characteristics of a resource are important to develop a good project team? Which of the resources from the resource pool presented the greatest management challenge and how did you try to manage those resource(s)?
3. Define a project – what are some of the characteristics that define a project and how would you differentiate projects from routine operations?
