Using Rogerian Approach
Think of a common problem or an issue that happens in the workplace, school, gym, or elsewhere. For example, people smoking in restaurants. Assume one side of the problem or issue and write a professional e-mail, memo, business letter, or report to persons involved on the other side. Use the Rogerian approach to create a middle ground and then suggest a compromise where there is no winner or loser between the two parties, and each party gets something.
