Within your analysis you should focus on no more than two selected topics from part two (this semester) of this programme. The word count is 3000 words. Assessment Criteria In applying your chosen paradigm to the organisation, ensure that: • You provide a clear explanation of your paradigm and how it will shape your analysis • You critically analyze the organization in relation to the topic(s) you have selected, using relevant theoretical perspectives and frameworks • The assignment is clearly expressed, legible with accurate spelling and grammar, its structure appropriate, assertions supported by evidence from the organization and/or by academic theory and all material is correctly referenced.
