Using our primary sources from Unit 4, analyze and explain American Indian Policy in the United States during the 19th Century. What types of programs did the U.S. government put into place to control and relieve the "Indian problem." Make sure to explore the primary sources from unit 5 and specific programs and tribes in answering this question.
