Enthalpy-entropy state diagrams (also known as Mollier diagrams) are more useful than temperature-entropy state diagrams for analyzing some systems. Using EES (or other) software and actual property data, plot an enthalpyentropy diagram for water that includes the saturation lines. Also, sketch isothermal, isobaric, and constant volume processes on this diagram.
