Create a teaching presentation for fellow nurses on your unit or the type of nursing area where you would like to work when you have completed school. Think about how nurses on that type of unit might need to be educated in this area. You can do a PowerPoint, a lecture/written paper, or any kind of written presentation to help you teach your peers. In this presentation:
• Choose one type of eating disorder and define and explain it.
• Discuss the nutritional therapies and counseling used in each type of disorder.
• Using a multidisciplinary approach, list other health care professionals the client should be referred to with an eating disorder. Also, state why this health care professional should be included in the client's care.
