Both parties agree that Lori and Shawn will each retain all property prior to marriage, including their businesses and homes. Any property acquired after the marriage is to be distributed equally between them. Both Shawn and Lori do not have to pay alimony. The two children Connor and Clara will live with Lori, and Shawn will have the children every other weekend. They will rotate holidays and the children's birthdays; the children will be with Lori on Mother's Day and with Shawn on Father's Day.
