Assignment Problem: Use the IRAC method (discussed below) to outline a court case, which will be provided in the classroom. Produce a three- to six-page analysis utilizing the IRAC-issue, rule, analysis, conclusion-method as outlined in the classroom. IRAC is a method used to deconstruct a judicial opinion, but it can be used for anything that you read. Use this template for your paper with the American Psychological Association (APA) style and format, 7th edition. Note that no additional research is required. All the information is contained in the case.

Grades are based on the following:

1. Identification and articulation of the specific, general, and sub-issue(s), rule, analysis, and conclusion

2. Description of the dicta (opinions of the court on related issues, and not part of the official ruling)

3. Fully performing the task assigned

4. Offering creative and/or critical opinions

5. Expressing yourself clearly and concisely

6. Forming logical arguments and conclusions

7. Grammar and compliance with APA (7th)
