1) Use the Internet to find employers who now do preliminary selection interviews via the Web. Do you think these interviews are useful? Why or why not? You should also include the pros and cons. How would you improve them?
2) Search the Internet to find the most popular training methods used by most organizations. Compile the information into a list, carefully noting the features and requirements of each training method. Identify the features that you think would make learning easy and fun, then contrast them with features that would make training difficult or boring. Then, from your own experience, identify the training method that enabled better learning and the one that hindered (stopped) it. Outline the features for both good and bad training methods from your experience. As a trainer, what would you change?
