Use Microsoft Project and list all the steps needed to buy a house & add a garage. The plan at minimum should include all the events that you look and see available houses, getting credit approval, bank loans, closing, moving, and contacting a contractor for adding a garage If you have not bought a house, please consult a relative or a friend who has done that already.
