Consider the filter shown in Figure.

a. Derive an expression for the transfer function H(f) = Vout/Vin.

b. Use MATLAB to obtain a Bode plot of the transfer-function magnitude for R1 = 9 k Ω, R2 = 1 k Ω, and C = 0.01μF. Allow frequency to range from 10Hz to 1MHz.

c. At very low frequencies, the capacitance becomes an open circuit. In this case, determine an expression for the transfer function and evaluate for the circuit parameters of part (b). Does the result agree with the value plotted in part (b)?

d. At very high frequencies, the capacitance becomes a short circuit. In this case, determine an expression for the transfer function and evaluate for the circuit parameters of part (b). Does the result agree with the value plotted in part (b)?
