You are a union negotiator getting ready to meet management about the upcoming contract renegotiations at a plastics plant.
First, you must approach the other union members about job and work design ideas. You must produce a 1-page single-spaced memo to union workers that summarizes the following work design approaches: ergonomics, sociotechnical systems, and flex time. In this memo, you must explain how each design approach might impact the workers. Then, ask union members to e-mail you suggestions and communicate support for or objections against any of these approaches.
