Unions have their place, mostly as a collective bargaining

Problem: Can you reply to the following post? Unions have their place, mostly as a collective bargaining entity. The ability to negotiate as a group rather than individually is genuinely valuable and in a lot of environments necessary. Where they hurt themselves is protecting people who are lazy, dangerous, or chronically low performing just because they carry a card, and pushing seniority over skill when promotions come up. That drags down the good employees around them and makes it hard to take the advocacy seriously. A more symbiotic and less rigid relationship with both the employer and the employees would serve everyone better. Need Assignment Help?
