Unfair sales act

Case Problem:

Wisconsin passed a law, titled the Unfair Sales Act, that required retail gasoline to be marked up at least 9.18 percent over wholesale price. In 2008, when gas went over $4.00 a gallon, the law required the retail price to be increased by an additional 38 cents. Flying J, a corporation that operates travel plazas, did not want to comply with the law, so it filed suit, challenging the statute as being an unlawful restraint on trade. The state contended that it was immune from antitrust actions. Do you think the court found the law to be valid?
