1. Undertake an Assessment of the subject organisations E-business and E-commerce capabilities and suggest an improvement plan.
2. Assess the management accounting practices of the organisation and suggest a single improvement.
3. Assess the organisations international business decision making process and develop an international business project.
This is what the role entailed:
the name of the firm we will be talking about that I worked for is DEALP. Its a legal firm in Italy and have to write about my progress there. Below are some of my roles but please feel free to make up / invent / exaggerate any of the below of elsewhere to take up the word count.
Use of the management program. Order preparation for shipping. Use of the label printing program. Traceability of food products. Italian and foreign customer management. preparing and sending estimates and order confirmations.
