"I think that to understand what entrepreneurship is, you must understand what entrepreneurship is not. I recently summarized three points:
First, entrepreneurial decision-making is not scientific decision-making. Scientific decision-making is based on data and calculations, and entrepreneurial decision-making is based on imagination and judgment.
Second, entrepreneurial decision-making is not a choice under given constraints but changes the constraints themselves.
Third, the entrepreneur's goal is not only profit but also something beyond profit.
