Application of the Value Chain principle identifies the nature of relationships of interconnected dimensions of service delivery and support activities that generate value in healthcare markets to assess potential areas of strength and weakness as well as opportunities for process improvement or investment to maintain or achieve competitive advantage. The net organizational effect of this module is to determine "What can we do?" or the corollary question, "What can't we do?"
