Submit both flowcharts in a clear and visually appealing format. You may use software tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or Canva.
Write a brief reflection (200-300 words) on the challenges and considerations you encountered while designing the flowcharts. Discuss how the flowchart helped you understand the complexities of implementing a program or initiative at your school.
