Understanding network service levels
Studying network service levels and am very confused. Need help in understanding how to establish appropriate service levels for a network in the following areas: availability, reliability, response time, throughput.
If someone could help explain I would appreciate it. Any information sent will be used as a guide only and will be put into my own words before writing a paper.
