You have added some new staff to your project team. They have very little understanding of your project and you don’t have a lot of time to educate them on the project’s specifics. With the great tools available via Microsoft Project (i.e. Gantt chart, WBS, Network Diagram, and Work flow Diagram), describe how you plan to get your new staff members up to speed on your project.
