8. PEOPLE NEED STRUCTURE-No one likes to work in an environment where there are no rules and anything goes.

9. THE COURAGE TO TELL IT LIKE IT IS-Surround yourself with people, who have the courage to tell you when they think what you're doing is wrong.

10. KNOW WHEN TO KEEP YOUR MOUTH SHUT-There is never a good reason for telling competitors and third parties more than they need to know.
