Identify the type of productivity and quality standards that were required to perform your job tasks. Were these standards realistic? If so, explain how you met them and if not, explain what would have been more realistic standards. Discuss if you were involved in setting your performance standards and if you communicated ongoing progression toward these standards. Delineate one way to communicate performance standards to employees.
