1) Detailed information on accreditation requirements, utilization and quality metric requirements, and competitive analysis (benchmarking - costs vs. benefits)
2) Discussion relating to whether there is real value in participating in a P4P program for a healthcare organization of your choosing. When one considers the costs of accreditation requirements, claims administration/reporting requirements, and inability to directly influence the complexity of the patient population being treated, P4P is most certainly not cost beneficial to every type of healthcare organization.
