Two resistors with nominal values of 47k ohm and 10k ohm

two resistors with nominal values of 4.7K ohm and 10K ohm, are used in a voltage divider with a +15V supply to create a nominal +10V output. Assuming the resistor values to be exact, what is the actual output voltage produced? Which resistor must be shunted (paralleled) by what third resistor to create a voltage divider output of 10V? If an input resistance of exactly 3.33K ohms is also required, what do you suggest? What should be done if the original 4.7K ohm and 10K ohm resistors are used but the requirment is 10V and 3K ohm?
