Two-phase rocket moves in space

A two-phase rocket moves in space at constant velocity of +4140 m/s. The two phases are then separated through a small explosive charge placed among them. Instantly after the explosion the velocity of 1300 kg upper phase is +5630 m/s. Determine the velocity (magnitude and direction) of the 2070 kg lower phase instantly after the explosion?
