Twilio SMS <-> Zendesk Integration
This must be a relatively quick job -
Create a (PHP) script that creates / updates a new ticket in Zendesk when an SMS Text message is sent through Twilio.
Then Zendesk agents must be able to reply back to a user's SMS number to respond to the SMS-sender.
