True proportion of the smart phone users

An investment website can tell what devices are employed to access the site. The site managers wonder whether they must improve the facilities for trading via smart phones, so they want to determine the proportion of users who access the site that way (even if they as well employ their computer sometimes). They draw the random sample of 300 investors from their customers. Assume that the true proportion of the smart phone users is 44%.

What would be the mean of this sampling distribution?
