TRISACCHARIDES
The oligosaccharides are made of three monosaccharide residues.
A common trisaccharides is Raffinose which is formed by condensation of galactose-glucose-fructose.
It is a nonreducng sugar which is found in some plants as transport carbohydrate.
Other trisaccharides are - Melagetose, Monotriose, Xanteanose, Rabinose
