- How have supply chain management (SCM) and logistics developments in the business environment (such as the advent of the Internet, centralized distribution, point of sale, and JIT) changed the delivery of services and products over the past 15 years?Consider how your logistics processes have changed in order to create value for your organization and its shareholders.
