You have been assigned by the Governor of South Carolina to serve on a task force regarding the treatment of women in domestic violence shelters across the state. He wants an evaluation of the workers, the services, etc.
He is asking that you develop an evaluation plan which includes a qualitative evaluation survey for the clients, the police and the workers in the shelters.
He recently read an article in USA Today which said the questions need to be the same for all parties being interviewed in order to be reliable.
- Develop three or four qualitative evaluation questions and post.
- Also discuss your perception on developing the same questions for all participants and the validity of the questions.
- Remember reliability and validity definitions. Refresh your understanding if needed using the required text.
